Two PMPTSP Units Achieved International Service Standard Certificates

Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Units (UP PMPTSP)s in Kalideres Sub-district and Mampang Prapatan Sub-district achieved International Service Standard and Audit Surveillance ISO 9001:2015.

It needs commitment and discipline in implementing the quality management system in each units

By achieving ISO 9001:2015 certificate, it means Kalideres and Mampang Prapatan UP PMPTSPs have the authority to include Evodia Global Certification (EGS) logo as the Certification Body and accreditation symbol of National Accreditation Committee (KAN) with certification number on the permit / non-licensing output and related documents in the same scope.

Jakarta PMPTSP Department Deputy Head, Denny Wahyu Haryanto mentioned, Kalideres and Mampang Prapatan UP PTSP were claimed to fullfil the international service standards.

"Both of them have passed the assessment process including PTSP Quality Development program, License and non-License Service Development Audit related to management standard, Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) test, and others," he stated, Monday (27/1).

He informed, Surveillance ISO 9001:2015 Certification and Audit have been processed through internal and external audit by Evodia Global Certification Institute Certification (EGS) since August 2019.

"ISO Certification is not easy to get and takes a quite long time since we should pass several stages and evaluations," he asserted.

According to him, Certification Body will inform related units or departments if they found out services that are not in accordance with SOP or doesn't meet the service quality requirements.

Audit team, he continued, observed services provided by the units within 6 months and reported any minor fundings to the department or units thus they can improve their work as soon as possible.

"It needs commitment and discipline in implementing the quality management system in each units based on Vision and Mission, Quality Policy, Service Notification and Quality Documents that have been determined thus it can run continuously," he added.

Meanwhile, Mampang Prapatan PMPTSP Unit Head, Sukarsa stated, achievement in ISO certification makes them seen more trusted in providing license and non-license services.

Applicants will get clearer information regarding license and non-license application procedures, duration for documents issuance, and fees.

"It motivates us to give better service for Jakartans by providing clearer information regarding license and non-license application procedures, issuing documents within the specified time based on SOP, informing applicants in detail regarding fees and other information related to our service," he explained.

Similar thing also conveyed by Kalideres PMPTSP Unit Head, Joko Suparno who pointed that his side should maintain the service quality and improve citizens satisfaction since now his side has achieved the ISO 9001:2015 certificate.

Thus his side is committed to work wholeheartedly in providing services for Jakartans.

"This certification shows our commitment in maintaining service quality to realize Zero Complaint, Zero Delay, and Service Excellence in Kalideres UP PMPTSP Unit," he asserted.
